Gail is a Social Worker, Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Health Coach who is passionate about helping individuals accept their bodies and reconnect with their relationship with food. Also a mom, she has risen to the challenge of helping her daughter navigate the messages from diet culture and accept her body as it is. You're in great hands!

We provide a 30-day conditional guarantee for the programme, governed by the following terms: If, you’ve signed up for The Empowered Eating Course, have completed the first 4 modules online and you are not satisfied, please send us an email and we will book a time to talk about the issues and look for solutions, one of which may be a prorated refund.
Can I do a payment plan?
