Today is the day we begin to change your relationship with food and health so that you can feel great without ever having to go on another diet again. Sound good?

Before you begin, please read our Terms of Service.


I will be checking in with you regularly to see how you're getting on.

There are 8 main principles in this programme, each with individual handouts.

Each week, there will also be tasks for you to go through. This may sound like a lot but it can all easily be done in a short amount of time. 

Please know now that this course is not a diet plan. There will be times where you may find yourself overeating and struggle with guilt, or eating something you think is 'bad'. Rest assured that this is normal, healthy and acceptable. No need for guilt! We're here to learn and to be compassionate with ourselves and to get the tools you need to begin to have both a healthy body and a healthy relationship with food.
